We’ve put together the following answers to help make the leasing process as simple and transparent as possible. Below you’ll find information about applications, payments, pet policies, lease terms, and maintenance requests.   • What is the application fee?

    The application fee is $25 per applicant.

  • How long does the application process take?

    Our initial response will be provided within 48 hours of submitting your application.

  • What are the rental requirements?

    We consider a range of credit scores. Monthly rent generally shouldn’t exceed 30 - 35% of an applicant’s take-home income, some applicants may vary. 

  • Are there any requirements or stipulations when applying?

    Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. All individuals aged 18 or older who will be residing in the unit are required to submit a separate application.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    We accept all major credit cards (online only), as well as checks, money orders, and cashier’s checks.

  • What are the pet fees?

    We allow a maximum of two (2) pets per unit. A non-refundable pet deposit of $250 per pet is required, along with monthly pet rent of $30 per pet.

  • Are there any breed or animal restrictions?

    We welcome pets with prior approval! Please note that some larger dog breeds are not permitted within the community. As part of our pet approval process, a pet photo is required, and a pet interview may be requested in some select cases. We do not allow farm animals or exotic animals. 

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Maintenance requests may be submitted by calling our 24/7 maintenance line at (877) 229-1204 or by submitting a work order through your online resident portal.

  • What lease terms are available?

    We offer month-to-month, 3-month, 6-month, 9-month, and 12-month lease terms.

  • When will I receive my security deposit?

     Security deposit refunds are processed within 30 days of move-out.
